“Taishan Factory, All in Place!” – What Does This “Future Engine” Look Like?
From the first shovelful of soil to the standing factory, from the main structure to fully connected utilities... Recently, the highly anticipated Depai Taishan Factory has officially entered the project completion and acceptance phase. This marks the moment when the modern factory, built over ten months, has been transformed from a “construction drawing”into a “real-life picture” — getting closer than ever to full-scale production.

With its blue-and-white exterior, the Taishan Factory features a well-arranged layout of production and office buildings, gleaming in the sunlight and exuding a sense of order that signals “all in place.” As the largest-investment and most intelligent production base in the company’s history, the Taishan Factory has carried great expectations from both inside and outside the organization since the day construction began. Inside the factory, hardware such as AGV pathways, automated high-bay warehouses, and smart workstations have already been reserved or installed. The project leader revealed that the new factory will undergo system-wide integration, increasing the automation rate of key processes to over 85%, and raising designed production capacity by an additional 35% compared to the combined total of the two existing factories.
“Not just greater capacity — but better manufacturing,”said the head of engineering at the acceptance site. From the planning stage, the Taishan Factory has been anchored by three key concepts: “Green, Smart, and Flexible.”Rooftop solar power, rainwater recycling, smart energy monitoring systems, and energy storage systems will all be implemented.“We hope this factory will not only serve order growth but also set a new benchmark for smart manufacturing in the industry.”

For employees, the new factory also means a new work experience. With spacious central walkways, bright staff lounge areas, and smart operation booths, a production supervisor soon to be stationed at the Taishan Factory smiled and said, “The machines aren't running yet, but our spirits are already lifted. With such a great environment, we can't wait for production to begin.”
