Delpack Holds First "Value Leadership Award" Review Session – Enzyme Activity Detection Method Fills a Technological Gap

May 7 – The company successfully held its first "Value Leadership Award" defense session. A project leader from the R&D department delivered a systematic presentation on the topic "Development of an Enzyme Activity Detection Method," covering project background, technical approach, innovation value, and application results. This marked the first project to enter the official defense stage since the establishment of the "Value Leadership Award."

The enzyme activity detection method development project, which began in January this year and involved four months of intensive efforts, aimed to establish a stable and quantifiable enzyme activity detection technique and ultimately apply it to the Dishwasher detergents which include dishwasher capsules, dishwasher tablet and Laundry capsules, Laundry Sheets quality control system, and will play a key role for using enzymes in a scientific and economical way. Building on existing industry practices, the project team achieved breakthroughs in three areas: route innovation, detection innovation, and application expansion.

In terms of technical value, the project accomplished three main goals: first, it filled the gap in enzyme activity detection for the company’s products – previously, there was a lack of standardized testing methods for related indicators; second, it provided a highly reliable detection method, offering a scientific basis for quality assessment; third, it proactively supported product formulation and process optimization, enabling test data to guide R&D and production adjustments – truly achieving the principle of "using testing to drive research and improvement."

During the review session, the Top management team focused on the reproducibility of the method, its adaptability to different product matrices, and its tangible support for formulation optimization and quality control. The project team presented complete process data from method establishment to validation and comparison, and demonstrated with examples how the method helped a specific product narrow the fluctuation range of active ingredients and optimize the addition pathway, thereby enhancing product stability.

The successful holding of this Review session also marks the full rollout of the "Value Leadership Award" evaluation process. Going forward, outstanding teams and individuals from various departments who have demonstrated excellence in technical breakthrough, customer expansion, project delivery, cost optimization, and other areas will also enter the defense stage. Through this mechanism, the company aims to continuously discover, recognize, and reward those value creators who truly drive the organization forward with technological breakthroughs, commercial contributions, and efficiency improvements.
