How long you need for sample to be made?
If the product functions you require match exactly with an item in our existing formula library, we can provide a sample within 2 working days. If the product specifications you need do not align with any formula in our current library—such as a particular color, shape, efficacy, or any other custom requirement—it will take approximately 2–4 weeks from receipt of your brief to develop and supply the sample.

What’s the production time?
The exact lead time depends on the packaging option you choose and the order volume.
Order volume: 20 GP
– pouch: about 50 days from final artwork approval to departure.
– Paper box or plastic box: about 35 days from final artwork approval to departure.
Order volume: 40 HQ
– pouch: about 52 days from final artwork approval to departure.
– Paper box or plastic box: about 37 days from final artwork approval to departure.
These times are calculated for a first-time cooperation and assume we have no ready stock of your packaging materials in our warehouse.
To support customers who occasionally need rush production and shipment for market promotions, we usually keep buffer stock of packaging materials. After both parties sign a stock-preparation agreement, the lead time can be shortened to 20–30 days.
